中青旅接手古北水镇部分股权

坎坷的中青旅“接盘”古北水镇股权一事终于有了阶段性结果。2月26日晚间，中青旅控股股份有限公司发布了关于拟参与受让北京古北水镇旅游有限公司股权项目的进展公告。根据公告，2月26日，中青旅、珠海嘉伟士杰股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）与京能集团正式签署合同，成为了古北水镇10%股权项目的最终受让方，受让价为8.5亿元，与挂牌转让底价持平。

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
