美国投资公司 KKR， 资产管理公司 Dunas Capital 以及酒店集团 Alua Hotels & Resorts 宣布达成合作协议，将收购西班牙位于地中海 Balearic（巴利阿里群岛）的连锁酒店 Intertur Hotels。交易的具体财务细节并未公布，Alua Hotels 将会在交易完成之后，负责 Intertur Hotels 的管理，并于2018年将后者纳入自己的酒店品牌组合。
Intertur Hotels 旗下共拥有五家酒店，分别为 Intertur Hotel Hawaii Mallorca & Suites Hotel，Intertur Palmanova Bay， Intertur Hotel Hawaii Ibiza， Intertur Apartamentos Miami Ibiza 和 Intertur Hotel Miami Ibiza，客房总数达到 1119间。五家酒店的位置均位于海边，以确保游客可以尽情欣赏地中海的美丽风景。

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
