Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway.
All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
