John Paul已经开发了自己的CRM系统和数据分析平台，并拥有其他多项专利技术，公司首席执行官Sebastien Bazin在声明中指出。
Sebastien Bazin表示，雅高的这笔收购将“通过提供更有吸引力的服务，提高使用频率，稳固我们与客户关系；掌握更深层次的客户分析而非与酒店利益相关的信息，增加个性化的服务；掌握更深度的客户数据，强化CRM系统。”

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
