在多个部门叫停酒店借营改增涨价的行为之后，国际酒店集团们终于有所“让步”。
5月2日，记者致电万豪、凯悦、希尔顿等集团旗下的多家酒店后获悉，这些酒店虽仍对顾客收取6%的增值税，但服务费已从此前的15%降低到了10%。不过，即便国际酒店集团们迫于压力作出了“退让”，但顾客需支付的总房价依然比原来增加了约1.6个百分点。
上海绿地万豪的工作人员告知记者，酒店的服务费已经从之前的15%降低到了10%，但是会再向顾客收取6%的增值税。“总共支付的费用不会比之前高太多，如果房费是1000左右的话，也就多了十几块吧。”这位工作人员解释。
凯悦集团旗下的上海金茂君悦大酒店工作人员也给出了类似的解释，称顾客支付的房费仅比5月1日之前多出了1.6个百分点。
记者了解到，绝大多数国际酒店集团旗下的酒店则实行了“新规则”，涨价1.6个百分点。但包括锦江饭店、西郊宾馆、南新雅大酒店在内的绝大多数中资企业旗下酒店则均未涨价。

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
