10月21日，越秀地产与迪拜卓美亚酒店举行签约仪式，被誉为“迪拜帆船酒店”的世界唯一七星级酒店正式落户汉口精武路地块越秀·国际金融汇。这也是越秀地产在汉拿下“双料地王”精武路地块一年后，首次对外公布的大手笔项目。
去年9月，越秀以90.1亿元的总价把精武路地块揽入怀中，楼面底价高达12617元/平方米，一举摘下武汉楼市的总价及单价双料“地王”。巨资拿地，让外界对该地块有了诸多期待。记者昨天现场看到，精武路地块四周已经打围，项目营销中心已经开建。
此次与越秀地产联姻的迪拜卓美亚酒店，堪称世界上最奢华、最具创新意识的酒店品牌。目前，国内有南京、海口和武汉等8座城市，都在规划和建设卓美亚酒店。该酒店此次落户的越秀·国际金融汇，位于解放大道高端商圈和建设大道金融商圈交汇处，紧邻武广、江汉路商圈，项目总建筑面积71.5万平米，将建成集街区商业、奢华酒店、高端写字楼及住宅为主的城市国际综合体。

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
