10月12日下午，中国葛洲坝地产与One&Only合作的度假酒店亮相，正式入驻中国。
据了解，本次中国葛洲坝地产拟耗资约55亿元开发中国第一家One&Only度假酒店。该项目将于2016年建成，建成后将成为海南三亚旅游的新坐标。
资料显示，坐落于南非开普敦繁华的海湾渔人码头的开普敦One&Only度假酒店(One & Only Cape Town)是One&Only集团首家城市度假酒店，并于2009年4月正式开业，拥有131间客房。
早前9月22日消息，太阳湾高级度假区已在海南国际旅游岛开建，该项目是由三亚太阳湾开发有限公司投资兴建，占地约36.1公顷，度假区内将建两家超5星级豪华酒店、顶级度假别墅群、国际游艇码头等配套设施。
据悉，即将建成的柏悦(PARKHYATT)和安达兹(ANDAZ)酒店皆为凯悦国际酒店管理酒店旗下豪华品牌酒店，太阳湾度假区的安达兹度假酒店将成为世界首家该品牌的度假酒店。

Although the hotel is somewhat remote from the historic center (and thus some of the main sightseeing attractions) it is rather easy to get there by bus as there are at least 2 bus stations nearby. Several small supermarkets/stores in the immediate vicinity might be an additional plus. My bedroom looked outworn but it was still OK, whereas the bathroom might need a refurbishment. Staff are rather friendly, however I didn`t bother them that much anyway. All in all it is definetely alright for a short stay of one or two nights, in particular with regard to the price you pay.
